I noticed Harry the Rock's comment & could not help but agree. In spite of the tempting weather, no dogging couples (as opposed to "courting" couples, who probably do not want an audience) seem to be playing in the daytime, at least not in South Bucks. The evenings here are fine though. Am I alone in finding this to be the case, or am I just looking in the wrong places?

Ok perhaps I was a bit flippant :-)
Truth is we reckon , daytime dogging is rarer for the obvious reasons . Opportunity of course for those of us that work , and the much greater chance of getting caught out by people that you dont want to see you ( dog walkers , familys with kids etc) . We enjoy daytime adventures , and have had many . More often in less obvious places like nudist beaches ( well away from the children of course) and parks , but in the places only the doggers know about . Apart from anything else those that dog during the daytime are more likely to be the more experienced and less skittish or shy types , and since the venues we all use in the main are also popular parks by day the opportunities are few and far between to show without disturbance . So in answer to your question , yes it happens alot , especially in this weather , but you have to be every bit as patient as you do dogging at night and then some . When are you and Suzie going to tell us about some of your adventures ?? :-)

good god..the storys that are fact of us dogging could fill a hugh book,
we go dogging at least once a week, and have done for at least the last few years,
most at night or early evening to miss as you say kids and normal dog walkers.
peter takes all my pics for me along with a few videos, and the thrill of a guy or 10 guys
watching me with him is such a big turn.
we would love to do a web site but the cost is too much, notonly for us, but
we feel that some sites charge too much to look at pics that they have had
no hand in making.

Unfortunately Suzie got rather put off by a bad experience when some plonker blocked us in with his headlights blazing at us, so we've been inactive as a couple for a while now, but I hpoe we'll be able to return to the fold soon. Will probably go for a pre-arranged or maybe daytime meet, if this happens locally (hence the query). Tanks for your reply, Silk & big G, I'll continue the search!

Warming the Bed
I,m quite a fan of daytime dogging as love to get out into the countryside anyway,I live in Cheshire where I use a forest location and work in bedfordshire where i use a "downs" location,forests are great even if they have other people in them,because you can still find your own private secluded acre or clearing and hear anyone else coming! The big drawback for popularity is probably work! as weekend s do tend to be very busy at most locations,but lots of fun can be had weekdays even at the height of summer in many spots. So the cons are dog walkers and hikers and work! the pros, less druggies,boy racers,no hoards of males,no POLICE ! car parks open,and a legitimate reason for being there all day without a dog! Finding like minded people relies on a slighty differant set of signals etc,but you learn to adapt to the situation,for example i,m probably going out later,i,ll park in a small picnic area carpark facing the road,walkers may come and go,but any couple driving past will see me/us sitting there and may pull in to check it out,in the daytime you can follow a couple into woods as it,s a place where people go walking,if they start anything they know damn well your not far behind them if they don,t they don,t turn round and go back,when you,ve done it for awhile , it,s the same as night time dogging you just know whether people are there just for the nature or not! 
Just got back with g/f from well known spot in Norfolk. Although we had a good time bit surprised to find we wern't dogged. Perhaps we went too far into the woods, as we did see a couple on our way back disappearing into trees much nearer the car park. In daylight I thought we needed to be off the beaten track.
