So, what do you mob of wasters think are the signs that couples either should, or shouldn't use.
I'll start with brake lights flashing.
This, by common agreement (treaty of beds laybys and country parks 1997/98/99 and 2003) is the recognised gay introduction/invitation.
We are all used to the common moans from most couples, they like this/that/the-other, not-this/not-that/the-other.
So, what really pisses you off, apart from the MBB ?
THIS FOR SINGLE GUYS ONLY
well I do prefer the idea of the interior light coming on. This way you can at least know who it is you are going over to.
It has been known for a bunch of lads to flash brake light,...you can't see in your car as it is dark and so you wander over...only for the guys to all jump out and kick seven bells os shit out of you.
So going back I like the idea of the interior light being switched on.
Interior lights !!
We know this thread is aimed at single guys but thought that some feed back from a couple may be welcomed.
Interior lights being switched on would be a good idea so that you would know who you were approaching in a car.
From our point of view it would also be a good idea if single guys were to do the same when they parked up near a couple so that couples could decide whether they wished the single guy to approach their car.
Thie is just our view on the matter as we don't like to signal guys as we feel it a little unfair on them if after they have approached our car Sue didn't take to them for what ever reason.
Great Idea this Jomu, at least the singles & couples might just start to get on the same wavelength .Petesue's idea with the interior light I can understand , will try it the next time I am out & about or maybe use a torch instead.
As a relative newby it can be confusing as to what signals mean so you are left in limbo land not knowing if you are coming or going. I Always treat couples with respect and if they say no, apologies for disturbing them, wish them well and move on.
Presume that this is the way to act, although I assume not everybody does this.
One thing though, how do you signal in the day time or is this a daft question?
we like to see the guys put their interior light on first, that way we can see who is in the other car, and then decide if we want to play or not. some might think that we are a bit choosy, but hey, thats what we like. if you are gonna get a show, interior light comes om for a cpl of seconds so it's plainly obvious.

What have I been missing?.
Someone should have told me, but without the light thing I do quite well.

That's all right darling.....it's a convention. Since many gay guys use it, maybe doggers shouldn't. It avoids the confrontational aspect of layby-life....thinking it's a couple in the car because the brakes flash only to find a single guy with his dick out....some newbies can't handle it (sorry, can't take it...sorry, can't think of a right adjective without second meanings)
Although......ok for the bi's...win either way !
We would like initially a handwriiten letter of introduction , preferably on vellum as ordinary paper is so crass-and ideally with a personal traditional wax seal bearing the doggers family crest . It should be delivered by hand , but without anyone approaching the car as this may threaten Silky , and should reach us no less than a month before we have decided wether we want to go out dogging at all .
Now I know what youre are all thinking ...........thats a bit slow for those 'spontaneous nights' when you just want to get on with it .........so Silky and myself took the liberty of doing a full merchant seamans communications course and are now both fully conversant with both semaphore ( have a full set of neccessary flags in the boot of the motor) and morse code ( for those particularly foggy nights) .
We will pull up on the starboard side of any potential doggers , and having first hoisted the ensign to establish we are friendly will proceed to ask the prerequisite seventy six qualifyinig questions to the dogger concerned , he should of course reply in kind one letter at a time clearly either by flag or flashlight . When both messages have been written down , translated and verified , and the marks for the answers added and compared against the national doggers data base of suitable voyeurs criteria. Then and only then shall we proceed to do a show , on the strict understanding that of course any such show shall be curtailed should the aforementioned individual be found wanting in anyway , or if the references that were sent off to three independent dogging adjudicators come back in a negative light .
Wont it be fun !!!!
silk and big G...where do you want letter and referances sent to...mine all ready to go !!!!
evertime we put our automatic into park,it has to go through reverse, this brief "flash" is often taken for a signal,as is the light of my mobile phone, the glow from the radio and ciggie lighter, well, would be if we smoked!interior lights are good for us,just like that from doggers too,two to three seconds, longer is vein!can we take issue over couples 4 couples in carparks?..many times we have been approached by nervous newcomers, looking for sanctuary in a field of preditory males."thank god, another couple" are words we have heard many times couples are comforted at the realization that their perversion isnt so great that they are the only ones out!some small retail outlets encourage staff to adopt the roles of customers, knowing that some people are reluctant to enter an shop occupied only by other words, couples,by their very presence are a benefit to doggers as they imply a level of normality to other couples, thats why some carparks are always empty while others enjoy the presence of two, three or several couples...as for swingers clubs, yes, there are many,a high proportion of which, allow single guys, guys that are fed up with the dogging scene maybe?
Only ever use the interior light so as you can see who you are going to.
to light or not to light - what about the people who say go for a casual stroll - should we take a standard light with us to flash whilst out?
interior lights is such a good idea, it can be quite fustrating when I cannot see who is inviting me...and I also would prefer not to get battered.
Great thread.... Thanks for the info..... Thats probably why the dark car had its interior lights on and the windows slightly steamed up at am in the layby just outside poulton... LL Layby... was it you confused: :?: :?:
If so let me know the next time b4 hand i will cum over and say hi wink
