what time and what car u in ?
Like most dogging spots, Tog is an unpredictable thing. I was up there every Sunday night for about 3 months last autumn. On a couple of nights I saw 3 or 4 couples and played with most of them. Other nights it was just single guys and the odd TV. I called in a couple of weeks ago on my way back up the M4 about 9:30 on a Sunday night and there was an orgy going on round a BMW 1 series. very attractive lady in her early 50's took on about a dozen guys one after the other.
Lucky or not on the rare times I'm in the Bath/Bristol area and able to get there, I was amused to meet the guy who runs the new mobile cafe during the daytime in the Tog Hill car park. And what is the name of the cafe in bold letters on its roof? Toggers Delight. :-) lol
I'd be very wary of the guy with the cafe.

sorry, have to ask why? lol

He doesn't display his food hygeine certificate????
Let's just say he is suspected of causing problems for some of the people who use Tog
Well if he's seriously suspected of food poisoning the car park users a complaint should be made either to the police or to the local council who, he told me, granted him planning permission for the mobile cafe. I don't know if the council is Bath or Avon but someone local should know. If it is an obligation when selling food to display your heigine certificate he should be asked to display his.
If he's being offensive to people he thinks may be doggers or may be gay, then I suggest the car park users boycott his cafe. His choice of name for the cafe to my mind implies that he knows very well what goes on there and has a humerous accepting attitude towards it, probably wanting a bit of the action for himself.
