We have a night off! Going for a meal and a drink and thought we might venture to a dogging site near Amersham.
Is it still used and safe?

We are surprised the mods removed our veiled description of teh location, especially directions are on this site.

In which case I would be delighted to have the opportunity to discuss this further as I am struggling to appreciate the validity of this approach.
Please could you provide me with some communication channel that will give me the chance to personally talk where I went wrong?

I edited your first post because it had an exact location, the road number and the time you were going. This is done for your own safety as well as others who possibly use the place you mentioned.
Also, if you have a look at the very first post/thread in the dogging section, it will give you more details on why we take this approach. At the end of the day, we are doing this to protect you and others who use the place. It isnt a matter of us being arsey or anything, but advertising that you are going to be in a remote location at a certain time is not a good idea. Anyone, memembers of the site, police, boyracers, muggers, etc can read the forums and knowing that there will be someone at a certain place at a certain time, is very helpful when they are looking for someone to target. Even if you didnt attend the place, someone else could be there and could potentially be put in danger.
