It would seem that the writing is on the wall so to speak for the site mentioned in the above article.
However as with some of our local sites the police spend some time at them and then move on to another, We then return and carry on as we always have.
The moral is they can not police all these sites continually because they would miss out on the easy money generated by arresting motorists.
Yet more sensational rubbish to sell the local rag! I just wish these people would investigate or reasearch the subjects correctly before lableing any one a "pervert".
it would make a change just for once for the Police to say how many complaints have acutually been made to them by people who have seen the so called goings on that justify their attendance all night in the middle of nowhere and not on the rantings of a fashionable PC tory councellor! I would bet they get more complaints about gangs on street corners than they do over dogging but being most of the gangs are below arrestable age and they are made to look stupid by some snotty nosed kids, they pick on easier targets such as doggers.
Let's face it, dogging and cruising are not renowned as the passtimes of "shrinking violets", are they.
Once a place is known it becomes a magnet for anyone with a dick, and other bits.
Nobody cleans anything up, and the person/s who are allocated to do a clean up don't really want to pick-up used rubbers and mountains of tissue. The local forest rangers at a well-known site here are provided with elbow length rubber gloves and one-use pick-up tongs...then the bag is sealed and disposed of as "hazardous waste"
Personally, having witnessed the "regard" that many in this game hold of other users of places, I don't blame the locals. Loads of places locally are either closed at dusk, have cameras, or get visited by law every few hours....then there are the local people who sit in their cars taking vehicle details.
Hey, you want a bit of local knowledge ?
Listen quietly, and don't tell anyone..............
...........
...........
there is a project here, called "dualling the A421", which has been re-routed from the original course to go right through a local picnic spot....also used for cruising and dogging, in a BIG way....at a cost of several hundred thousand pounds....THAT'S how much it means to people .
Mind you, things at the site are WAY out of control...you get guys walking up the road dressed as gals....that's if they've got any kit on at all....and in daylight too !!!!
You cannot go there with a woman without being followed, even if you've got kids with you.
Went for a walk in the woods today.....yes, JUST a walk....wandered past a picnic table and bench on the way in....stopped to bury the two used rubbers and tissues on the ground, then carried on walking .....this place is destined to be closed from dawn to dusk soon.....
Happen to have passed through this area in the past and it has never seemed to be a 'hot bed' of anything much. Just a few quiet visitors now and again. Nice place to gaze at the stars (until now, probably), if nothing else.
i can't believe that but glad i've seen the article now.I've been up there so many times since i joined this site and a little before and i havn't seen any doggers up there yet!!I know its goes on up there cause it has been messy from tissues on the odd occasion but why try and stop abit of harmless night time fun rolleyes

because its harmless at night but in the morning it's not very nice for joe public to be wading through used condoms and tissues is it
You know it would help if the little Angels after ther funny smokes and strong cans of booze didn't set the bins on fire or use them as targets for their heaps of scrap Novas!
Yes there are untidy folk out there but doggers don't dump doors, kitchen sinks and bags of household rubbish!!! even the remains of the odd garage, so let he who is without sin cast............................etc etc. Oh just as an aside doggers don't burn picnic tables either.
See where I'm coming from, No big deal or campaign in the rag to stamp this sort of behaviour out.

Some of us doggers actually love picnic tables, infact we have naughty dreams/fantasies about picnic tables

Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh......and some of us remember the wet arses, the splinters, and the feeling when your balls meet the edge of the wood "on the way in"......
