Hello there Everyone i feel ive just got to warn other doggers who use the Leicstershire area ?
I sometimes go out alone without my wife infact most fridays , Last friday i went up to the Leicstershire areas some well known woods (pm me and ill tell you).
As i drove into one wood i noticed a car parked up with a couple inside, i parked up a distance away indicated i was looking to watch by flashing my interior lights several times and there response was to flash there lights, i again flashed my brake lights and again they flashed theres, this i thought was a clear indication that they wanted for me to go over, I approached the car and wasnt too close but stayed near to a tree again the interior light came on so i went closer the light went off but i could see through the moonlight i watched for a good 10mins, when suddenly the drivers door flew open and i was threatened with what appeared to be either a metal flick Bar / Knife i appoigised and started to walk back to my car i then heard the guy running towards me with the said weapon as i ran and giot into my car i looked back and hed gone but as i went to drive out of the carpark again this guy came at my cars lights with an iron bar shouting hes going to kill me etc.
Now im not a un reasonable fellow and im also not pushey in anyway but in my eyes i was given plenty of come ons to approach the car?
So please please please everyone take care when out and about.

Jon and I were out one night and witnessed something very similar :shock:
A group of youths came in to the car park in several vehicles. One car had a couple of young girls and one lad in it, the other cars had several lads in each.
All the lads apart from the one with the girls, got out of their vehicles, hid in the wooded area and whilst the girls proceeded to entice the doggers over to their car, the lads began shouting abuse, spitting and generally threatening everyone with large sticks and base balls bats :shock:
Needless to say, we left rather swiftly and phoned the police who arrived before anyone got hurt.
These kids knew exactly what they were doing and knew all the right signals to give to make the doggers think there was going to be a show to watch
We must all take great care when out dogging, especially the guys. Couples in cars are less likely to be a target of these mindless idiots than are the guys wandering around looking for a show

What you have to remember is that you are all perverts.
Those who seek to correct your behaviour by the use of force and fear are (or see themselves as) law-abiding members of the public.
And, you cannot really moan about police attention to car parks if, when threatened, you run TO them and complain.

Thanks Mal well no i didnt report it to the police for the exact reason jomu mentioned also i to would have had to do a lot of explaining as to why i was in there in the first place.
And i/we totally agree with Sgt Bilko we never post public meets over the forum again for this very reason, we do advertise both here and in the dogging section but we have never done it publiclly only ever behind closed e-mails so to speak.
I must say it has put me off from venturing out and when i got home and told the wife she said she wouldnt want to go out again, so for the presant time being we are having our fun indoors and well behind closed doors.

Still worth reporting Andy. Safety from lunatics far outstrips the duty of protecting a dogging site for other doggers. How would you feel if, while sat behind closed doors at home one night, you heard on the news of another attack at that site where the victim didn't get off so lightly? The police will not arrest you for reporting it. At no point during this incident did you commit an offence.

I agree with Mal. If the coppers ask, just tell them that your Mobile phone went off and you needed somewhere to go to use it, then you were set upon.
I had an occasion a couple of years ago when I found the injured body of a drugs gang member who had been shot on my patch. The "right thing" just had to be done. As for why I happened to be there on the night, well it was Boxing day, and coming home from friends house, a sudden change in temperature does things to the bladder...doesn't it???
