I know you're new but why do you assume that this is an "event" that all and sundry are invited to? If you want me even to consider telling you where and when you're going to have to come up with a justification as to why I might want you there. Politeness is the key here.
My apologies bluexxx but I was unsure of what was the best way to describe what we are referring to. I appreciate that my inclusion would be at your discretion and therefore again, I offer my apologies for presuming that this was an open invitation.
This isn't the start I had hoped for and obviously I now need to stake my claim as best I can. Well, you know nothing of me but I asure you that I am a nice easy going person who I`m sure will get on well with people given the chance! thanks for replying to my initial post as the manner in which i went about it obviously didn't warrant you having to make the effort to reply.
