hmm, may be wrong here Mick but I think that " A47/A1 at wandsford near Peterborough " is still pretty vaque, sure it gives an area but nothing specific that I can see.
Thern again not being from the area I could be very mistaken

I used to sit and eat a meal in the little chef on the A1, and watch the comings and goings down below....very informative.
Im quite partial for an Olympic breakfast meself J , have you tried the Beef Clanger ive had them recommended ?
They do charge a princely sum for a fried breakfast though . So much so that we always call them " Little Thief " .
I always have the omelette breakfast myself....most of the guys across the road had breakfast there on a sunday as well....them buggered off into the fields (riverbank type of)...the couple who ran the caravan cafe used to put on a good show as well...until the guy kicked the bucket...old times....everywhere seems to be getting less tolerant now...trees getting cut down, places closed...
Still, I've had a good few years out of it...
