I wouldn't dare go out alone.
I go at the moment with my female partner, though do take out two other females the other day it was just me and my partner, and by god did we get freaked out by this silver four by four. they followed us everywhere and drove quite frightening.

I think you'd be best to stick going with your male friend or to take someone else along with you, im sure theres probably females out there that do it but i wouldnt recommend it unless u visit a site often and know a few of the regulars.
I go out alone, going out with a male is too much hassle as other doggers assume you're a couple.
I avoid the very busy places and use plenty of common sense e.g. locked doors, don't park in a way that I can easily blocked in, know where the exits are, know the exact route back to the main road, spare mobile tucked away and a ferocious scowl to hand if needed. I've never had a problem.
Ive never seen a single female out dogging and im not sure how i would react if i did!
Lets take this from the top (!)
New doggers would assume you're there for the ride, so to speak.
Ones who've been in the game for a while would assume you're law, or press. Which could present a problem (being assumed you're press that is.....lower than low etc)
I'm sure in real life you're quite accustomed to fending-off unwanted attentions, so you'll be quite ok with most doggers. Once they get used to the fact that you don't want to fuck them, wank them or blow them, they'll bugger off and sulk at the other end of the carpark, and then become friendly....(there is always a chance you'll change your mind)
Most of the guys will just be fiendly, and accept you as one of the crowd, which will probably be irritating after a while !
But as 'dipity says, doors locked and wary is the best route......for everyone, not just you.
My car is locked before I drive in and stays so, unless I'm having a wander....in which case it's open in case a quick exit is needed !
Im a single fem and would love to be able to go dogging on my own but just dont feel confident enough to do so. I have driven to the spots and chickened out. I have advertised for a dogging partner which would help .....
Thanks folks - I have a plan: go out, take all precautions possible and advertise for partner! Never thought of this from single guy's point of view, thanks for that.

Why is it considered more risky for a lone female to sit in a car in a car park than it is for a lone male. Sorry, I don't get it.
I don't think it is "quite risky", if it's a dogging site it's also a cruising site...So at least you'll have some decent guys about....even if the doggers are tossers !
As Blue said, most single guys walk away....single women are risky....you may well wake up in a cell !!
I've had more trouble, much more, in towns than in any carpark....you can't use an atm without the inevitable queue of people who want you to withdraw your money for them !
No, give me carparks....few drunks, few perverts (well, not the troublesome types) and the occasional copper to check you're ok and wake you in time to go home.
I think that as long as everyone, male and female, couples and singles, all play safe and enjoy what we get up to, then great. The spoilers and numbnuts who try to piss people off/frighten people are just as likely to aim their nonsense at single males - in fact, probably more so. As a single male, I would like to see more single females out and about and I think most sensible guys would give them the respect they deserve...I can see how some might be knocked sideways a bit in terms of how to react to single females - not a common sight, it must be said! I have been looking for a single female to accompany me, but so far most eligible ladies seem to be nicely catered for as part of all the nice couples we get dogging in South Wales!
to be honest i agree with what the women said....
i have been out and see one female dogger...from what i thought she enjoyed herself.
I totally agree that the women should be careful and get a "uncle" to look after them. I do belive that similar rules that apply to single fems swinging apply to single fem doggers.
I would happily look after a single fem if she wanted to go dogging as i would probably be ummmmmmm watching as well......
Regarding the jumper i agree also dont go dogging in a car with crap heating.....its bloody freezing.

Actually, I get a LOT more attention when out as a couple..... doggers will instantly think a couple are there to play... they are much more careful with single fems... they just don't know what to make of it. I say go for it but don't blame me if you just get bored....... oh and take a jumper, it's bloody cold out there
