I remember plucking up the courage to go dogging for the first time 12 months ago. saw the XXXXXXXXX venue as referenced on this website, Thought, well thats local enough. Arrived, and a range rover was there with a couple in. Followed the necessary etiquette and Bingo. Talk about first time lucky!!. But now I realise it WAS first time lucky. Because since ...despite lots of visits...and lots of waiting..nothing, but more alarming is that a few months ago, all along the lane, mounds of earth have appeared, and a the main venue large lumps of concrete have been deposited all along the pavement.. Presumably put there by the council. Then last week I visited one of the few Birmingham sites publicised on here. The Council had put a tree across the car park entrance. Now why are the Council getting so worried about what happens in quiet country lanes or out of sight car paks between consenting adults!. I wish they would worry more about the bloody dustmen never putting the lids back on my bins!
So if anyone can recommend any good dogging sites near Brum/Warwickshire I would be grateful for a PM..or even better if any naughty couples want to invite me!!
A lot of councils have a policy of blocking any car park areas or areas that vehicles can get on to avoid the hassle and expense of evciting travellers. Sadly the places most likely to be 'dogged' are also those most likely to have a dozen caravans turn up overnight.
maybe its not the council, but local residents who do this, i know this happened at a site near b/ham, and the people there reckoned the farmer was the guilty party....allegedly.
we had a barrier erected at one of our venues, which effectively cut the carpark in half..needless to say, the guys were up in arms, waste of money, bloody council, tax payers money, what about schools, hospitals, starving africans, build a swimming pool, spend it on something usefull they cried..
....in actual fact, the doggers had churned up all the grass, ruining the picnic area, so an extensive grass seeding programme was initiated, the barrier bieng a preventative measure against further damage..in saying that, two other barriers at other venues nearby are there solely to stop perverts like us gaining access..
