Can you explain why? thought it would be ok as it it listed on the sites dogging locations.

I can quite easily explain why, but if you had bothered to read the acceptable use policy, the terms and conditions and the policy on dogging posts, you would already know the reason.
The dogging locations listed on this site does include quite a number of sites which are no longer active, they are used only to give newer people an indication of the types of places which have been used for dogging. No one knows from reading that section if any of those places are still in use. When someone posts something in here, they are clearly advertising, often to the people you dont want to advertise too, that these places are still in use. So apart from putting yourself in a potentially dangerours situation, you are potentially putting others at risk.
