Hey.... I just noticed....
In two days time, I will have been here a whole decade!!!!!!!!!!!
A DECADE of knowing me. How very lucky you all are!!!!! :smug:

I can't be certain how long I've been visiting SH, I say visiting because way back when first discovered SH the part of the site that interested me was the photo adverts, back then you didn't need to be a member to reply to peoples adverts. I occasionally read the forums but never felt I had anything to contribute, there where others who did that who often expressed views I shared far more eloquently than I could. It wasn't until late 2005 that I actually registered a profile I'd never needed to before.
Looking at SH on the waybackmachine I guess I found the site some time mid 2003 I don't remember the layout of the site earlier than that time.

Similar for me. I had been using the site for several months before I found and registered in the forums. I used to use the clubs section, which at that time you could post reviews and comments openly. The then site owner took offence at me, in his words "using his club reviews section for my own social life", and after a heated debate by email he suggested I join the forums. I said no as his forums were shit (I hadn't even seen them at the time), but the seed was sown. So I began to follow some threads. Finally, the inspiration to post got me, and ten years later, here we all are!
