It is all well and good people harping on about taking matters into your own hands, but that would be relevant IF you could rely on the police and the courts to deal with these kinds of matters with a bit of seriousness.
Unfortunately for many people this kind of behavior by young thugs just gets dismissed but for the victims it can make their lives unbearable.
Anti social behavior can for many be the worst kid of crime.
