Newquay is a great place for partying, So is Blackpool. If your on about partying with a swinging intent then I would suggest Brighton or Bournemouth.

Nowt wrong with Scarborough.
As previously mentioned, if nightlife and partying's your thing, then not much compares to Brighton. If, on the other hand, you wish to take things way more leisurely as a lifestyle and to actually enjoy the beach then you'll choose a Cornish beach.....of course, if memory serves me well, the cornish don't actually consider themselves to be English. So hurry down to Brighton, I've ordered the drinks.

We agree with you hun ... dorset is beautiful and being huge naturists too love nothing more than spending out holidays on studland naturist beach .. se you there

Another two votes for Dorset/Bournemouth in particular here.
Just noticed that Bournemouth has been voted the number 1 coastal town to visit in the UK (as stated on the leading holiday advisor website - without mentioning any names).
We are lucky to have a great UK coastline to explore and do our best to seek out the best beaches (agree that's a matter of personal opinion). Have fun exploring and if you find any good naturist ones (apart from Studland, as with yogiandboo we frequent Shell bay during the summer as much as possible) please let us know.

Jealousing big time about all you southerners having nuddy beaches to go to. Only ever been to Slapton Sands in Devon, would like to have one available here too but East Yorks Council have gone out of their way with local bye-laws and such like prohibiting it on the couple of beaches that do have a history of naturism on them AFAIK, so ignore Foxy, she doesn't know wot she's on about that one. DO NOT MOVE to bloody Scarborough, it's rubbish! 
If I was gonna move ( and could find work, and could drive, and afford to run a car up to the roads, all very big ifs ) I think Devon would probably edge out Brighton these days. Not sure I'm up for the Brighton pace, maybe ten years ago, the rainbow thing would suit me down to the ground but Devon is more my speed. Think they even have swinging clubs down there these days and everything, as well as Slapton. Happy days.
