I bet he don't go..................
lets hope they move him quick before the "lets get rich on the tax payer as a human rights barristers" get their claws into him
makes one heart bleed. :violin:
I read somewhere he has 6 months to appeal...............
So now the EU say we cannot deport him because he has appealed, then let the EU hold him in Brussels, why should the EU dictate who and who we cannot deport from our Country, deport him and ignore them, if he asks for compensation, refuse to pay, who is going to do anything about it, will the EU kick us out (oh please please let them kick us out) they will mouth thier objections, shout and have a tantrum but that is all they will do.
They have done less about war criminals such as those in Iraq and Bosnia, hell most of the best scientific brains were declared war criminals at the end of WWII and we welcomed them with open arms providing they worked for us and every other country did the same.
What will they do if we just deport him anyway, what will they do if we refuse to pay him compensation ? declare us bankrupt and refuse our EU payments perhaps, I think not.
Israel, Australia, USA, would just go ahead and do it, you cannot play "English Cricket rules with terrorists"
my personal opinion is sack may and employ Nicolas Sarkozy in her place.
no need for the European court or human rights then :haha:
Don't care about the rights and wrongs, don't care about subsequent claims for compensation ignore the laws ignore the claims, kick him out, incur the few months from the rest of the world for a week and be done with him.
He is guilty of inciting racial hatred in this country, we have all seen him do it in public no trial is needed for that, if I did what he has done I would be in prison now but we dont want him in a British Prison so just pack him off to Jordan.
Under Thatcher rule he would have been gone 9 years ago, remember the fuss over sinking the Belgranno 30 years ago (2nd May 1982) probably not, there wasnt a lot of fuss, despite the fact that she was at the time in International free waters and heading for home, a few raised eyebrows and statements of "not cricket" from around the world then forgotton, (I should add that I supported that action too and believe it saved many lives since the Argentine Navy went back to port and didn't come out to play again).
Just do it, send him once its done he aint getting back in here and any subsequent claims for anything from him and his legal team should be just ignored.
Whilst I have no love for Abu Hamza or his followers,I do often find the revelling in others misfortune both here and in the less salubrious areas of our press equally repugnant ... do we have so little trust in OUR judicial system that we need to send others abroad for trial ??
