it doesn't matter what the colour the tie is they all seem to end up a shitty brown colour in the end :color:

thats exactly the way i see it.
The involvement of Experian and others is quite frightening. I've known of entries on Experian's records being multiplied up many fold due to the slowness of the inputting computer with the operator keep pressing the key!
Plim

Is it me or as far as I can remember the Tories have not been in power for how many years?
All the fuck ups in the last decade have been the Socialists fault, in particular bollocks face Blair and his sidekick the muppet Brown.
Mind you though should not be suprised as people are still blaming thatcher, for todays problems. lol

In all their years of power, the labour front bench continued to deride Thatcher even though most of the more recent problems were of their own making...
go figure, as the yanks say
It was Thatcher who changed Britain's economy from an economy based on what we produce to an economy based on what we spend.
It was Thatcher who deregulated and privatised. Major, Blair and Brown simply continued along the course she had they Bolsheviks then they could have changed this course and re-regulated and re-nationalised, but they are not Bolsheviks, just mere Social Democrats, and cannot, for example, seize control of privatised industries such as the rail system, but have to buy it, which they could not do because they didn't have the money.
Because of the deregulation and privatisation which Thatcher started and her successors continued, Britain now has the fourth greatest gap between rich and poor in the entire developed world , the second highest property prices in Europe, an education system which according to the UN has resulted in the English being the fourth most badly educated and ill-informed people in Europe, and a health system ranked at number 13 in those of the developed world.
We fucked up, as a nation...........................

I would say the problems started before Thatcher, she merely added to them - the decline of manufacturing played a great part and the thin edge of this started in the 70s - indeed you could argue earlier if you support the view that we only survived post war with cheap immigrant labour.

This is my worry,an independent auditor at least will not look to the bottom line at every moment
experian are a credit reference agency kas
they are currently used by local council and dwp
its not really a new thing but the new deal will allow more information to be shared
the other problem is people who lie to get credit. like saying you lived in a house for 4 years rather than the 2 years you actually lived there
that's not a problem ,till the poor single mum that lived in the house for the 2 previous years. gets a court summons for council tax she does`t owe .because experian say there was two adults in the house not one .
the council inform benefits so then a demand for the return of benefits claimed during that period and the cancellation of all present benefits dunno
and all this could be avoided if the council checked there own fucking records as they put the fucking second person in there
rant over
Personally I think the state, under the labour government has become far too generious with our money, which has led to a generation of people being brought up expecting their right to receive this or that benefit. There was quite an interesting on TV a few weeks back, called the Job Fairy god mother (or something along those lines) and its amazing how, with just a little bit of coaching, people who have been long term unemployed end up managing to get back into paid work. And it does not take too much effort from the present involved. Question is...if these so called long term unemployed are finding it not too difficult to find work on the show, and without the shows involvment they would have all been quite happy to carry on taking benefits that out government is more than happy to carry on dole'ing out.

Yes, I saw the "Fairy Jobmother" programme too. Trouble is there are not enough jobs to go round for them to do this for all - and anyway the cases selected concentrated on a few people with potential who were dragged down by their relatives, which was good but these people are only a minority of the category.
