Does anyone speak Hotmail Tech help

I just logged out of my account so I can log into another..It said wrong password, kept trying till it blocked me. I Reset it..still said wrong password! So I Reset again..STILL said I am entering wrong password!! How the heck is that possible? I got angry and gave up..
Went back to log into my 1st account and now I can't get back in that either! It is insisting that I am entering the wrong password! I am NOT!! I use this password everyday at work to access !! whyyyyy!! What the heck??!!!
I know there are a few tech heads here-- help a frustrated woman!!!!!!!!!!!!!! banghead

Is your caps lock on?????? I know its an obvious thing but i did this on fleabay the other day and drove me nuts till i finally realised redface

I checked that..and clicked it and unclicked it to be sure! Then I went to my sister's laptop couldn't get in through there either..

Open notepad or another text editor and type your password in there to make sure the 'puter isn't doing something funky with it. If that works okay, then copy/paste the password into .

We have problems with accounts.
My eldest has his Xbox registered to my account for some reason, so when I went to register my Xbox it wouldnt let me.
I managed to with someone from America and they rambled on about having to swap the accounts, but it would be something like a 90 day process because 1 account has to be dissociated then the other account then they can be re-registered :uhoh:
I was well and truly confused so went for a pint as you do.... That was 2 years ago and I still aint got around to it. :doh:
So my advice would be...... Go to the pub or possibly try Skyping them. (I'd do the pub thing and open accounts tomorrow)

I didn't go to the pub..but I did go for a Thai...extra prawn crackers!
I searched for help online and this is what they had to say on their help page..brace yourself:
"If you can’t unblock your account with the security code and changing your password, customer support can still help you get your account back. To contact customer support, you’ll need to sign in to your account, and fill out an online form. " loon

I managed to chat to someone online, reset one password and accessed that account, but my second account is still blocked but "someone from customer service will get back to me about it in 24-48hrs"..
for 14yrs! How does one switch?...:undecided:
