I am a professional gardener by trade and love talking about plants😁

How often do you trim your Bush.....sorry could not resist 😉

😂 quite regularly, been out trimming this afternoon. Do you enjoy gardening?

I’m not a keen gardener but have a massive garden to renovate, a fresh start. Dreading it!

Before doing anything look up photos online to get ideas for what you, maybe get advice from a landscape gardener in your area

I am rewilding the main area as much as I can shrubs trees and wild flowers but need to add in fast growing screening on the perimeter  build a terrace......be nice one day lol!

Bear in mind that fast growing, can mean high maintenance.

I will maintain anything that hides my neighbours scrapheap!!

A lot do do this time of year, nice drop of much needed rain x

Griselina is great for screening

Yes, the weeds will soon be growing again

As my garden is with a few exceptions one big weed patch then I am ignoring them until the replanting begins......the thought of having you naked weeding in the garden  does have a certain attraction though.....

Well it would be a first for me, think my clients would have a heart attack if I did that 😂

it would improve relations with my neighbours as well!,

The griselina looks good, I will bear it in mind

I would pay Charlie Dimmock to stay clothed though😳

I love gardening, but tend to focus more on food plants.

I have a large garden which was just lawns and a very abundant natural hedge with protected status so over the 10 years I've lived here I've phased out most of the lawn and replaced it with veg beds. I used the front garden for veg last year too which my neighbours loved - it's one of those fairly posh areas with neatly trimmed lawns and perfectly topiaried bushes so my three sisters planting with pumpkins all over the front garden went down really well with them!

I think that many have admired Charlies Dimmocks...

Not a patch on yours though....icon_lol

I have planted so much over the years but very haphazard in my approach. I love to plant in layers with climbers that intertwine with base plants so any hedging or shrubbery has honeysuckle or clematis added to give depth and character.

HotHouse... I do wonder about you and your Pumpkins... the clue would be if you have broomsticks close by or six white mice for the Princesses carriage.

If that's the Latin name, what is it in English?
