Shame that you're going, don't agree with your parting comments re not being 'couple friendly' we're certainly more friendly than other inferior sites *cough*
But, maybe some feedback to the management would be an idea? send it via ticket and give em both barrels if you have to.

I think its a shame you are leaving but totally understand you reasons why as you have aired your views many times over the last few months
I have heard the same reasons more often lately, but i think the site owners are trying their utmost to make it accessible to all and get it as user friendly as they can, cant please all of the people all of the time :/

ours runs out very soon and after 8 years here i doubt we're gonna renew ours either

Never understood these goodbye posts.... If you don't like it, dont log on, don't renew your sub, don't moan about it.
I joined sh about 9yrs ago, and only recently returned after an 18month break.
I didn't post saying I was going, I didn't post saying hello I'm back....I just popped into the pool again n started chatting.
If you don't like it ...just go ..no ones gonna beg you to stay......just saying like
