I'm travelling back to Qatar for a short while and was reading the latest FCO info, when I came across the section on health. It stated that 0.1% of Qatari adult nationals are infected with HIV compared to 0.2% here.
That got me thinking 0.2% x 1 million SH members = 2000 folks....so you have a 1 in 500 chance of meeting someone with it!

If you meet white women who have never slept with a non white guy then you can pretty much do what the hell you want with no fears however if you meet a bi sexual chap who recently immigrated from Africa then suit up. Unless said white woman had been injecting drugs etc etc. Take no chances, unless you know different for sure.............then be careful !!

When you actually look at the rates of infection per sexual contact the odds you are talking about here you have more chance of being killed by your dishwasher.

Doubtful. It might help prevent HIV but I don't think it can prevent pregnancy and like any contraceptive nothing's 100% failsafe.

Maybe you should go to Afghanistan - its HIV/AIDS adult prevalence rate is only % there.
There are lots of places with low rates who's population are "non white". Just avoid Swaziland.
