"How to get out of debt" should read "How to make others pay for you not honouring your obligations" because that what happen every time someone doesn't pay up. So thanks for posting this post , I look forward to getting another letter from my bank advising me that the rates have gone up to compensate for everyone that hasn't paid!

Jamie and others who have read this i am a finance specialist who has helped people off this site with everything from a mortgage to Gaining cheaper household bills to stocks & Shares. Just to let you know that the MINISTRY OF JUSTICE has stated that all credit card debt and loan debt is all enforcable by the lender and these companies who still advertise about clearing your debt due to unforcable contracts are just out to try and make a quick buck. The debt will come back to you.

I tell you what , that was a very interesting read. But i cant see any normal person (normal as in no professional qualifications) going the thru the whole process. I hope someone proves me wrong ! If they do i have 2 years left on my car loan to sort out for me , confused
