Hi adminsarah, if you are able to read this message, why are you not able to read the messages from paying members complaining about some parts of this site. Or more correctly given that all admin members are clearly able to read these messages why is little or nothing being done to fix these items. My specific complaint centres amount the Meets function which clearly is a stuff up. Other parts of SH working ok from my point of view.

Hi There- AdminSarah is an infrequent visitor to the forums, she's generally very busy resolving tickets from members.

However I'm a Moderator and I'd be intrigued to hear what you think is broken, bearing in mind that you might have a different opinion to others about whether recent changes are for the better or not.

Hi Lap, couple of questions. What is a moderator? What are their terms of reference or what do they do?. Who appoints a moderator.

My comments refer mostly to the Meets function which many people have been complaining about for some time. Personally I don't use the chat rooms and gallery so can't comment on them.

No problem, a moderator is a person appointed by the owners of the site to do our best to help members find their way around and where necessary enforce the rules of the site, including the chatrooms.

In terms of the meets funtions, you've again just pointed to what others have said, I'd be interested to know what YOU think is broken on them so I can pass on your feedback accurately.

Actually I have been pointing out what's wrong with Meets for sometime both here and in other places, but no problem , happy to repeat if it will enable you to get things fixed. Meets does not seem to have any logic or order in how Meets are presented. Certainly not in chronological order as many Meets are way out of date. Plus when I log in to Meets I mostly get all my own posts shown to me incl all those out of date. Personally I saw nothing wrong with the previous Ads section and wonder why it was replaced with Meets. Who suggested that? And at least Ads section functioned correctly.
