Hi all
Have started using SH on my Ipad2 and everything looks and works great so far, apart from the fact that I can no longer see the little chat box that used to appear in the bottom right hand corner of the screen when someone in my friends list was on line. Does anyone know why this is, or what I need to do re-activate it?
Any help would be much appreciated...

I've tried it with my iPad2 and cannot see the box either.

Into the Messenger Part, under 'Show IM Status and set it to how you want, either your friends only seeing you or public etc.
I've just tried it on my iMac and it works as it should but on my iPad2 is does not currently give me the little box you speak of. I set it to both 'Friends' and 'Public'
I'm sure an Admin will be along at some point to clarify the issue but essentially it
sounds like a flash/frames/java incompatibility which given it's an iPad is not too difficult to understand why.

it works on my Galaxy tablet. Must be an Ipad thing. Do you also get problems in the chat room, e.g. not being able to use your can or see the full list of people in the chat room?
IM has never worked on iPad/iPod/iPhone devices using the default Safari browser. It's something to do with their configuration, maybe a Flash restriction. You'll also find there's only one cam available in Chat too.
That said, the site techs were working towards building a specific app for iPhone etc so that might be better.
