Quick question as couldn't find an answer in the T&C...Can I have a single fem account and a couple account?
yes....but you will have to pay twice !!!!
Doesn't that make one of them a lie? You're either single or you're not. :dunno
Just thinking semantics here, no accusations implied or intended.
Don't see it being a problem. Foxy's got it right with 'semantics', if you're swinging on your own or as part of a couple, gives you/both the chance to put on one profile what might not be right on the other, e.g
Single profile -> Looking for single men (hopefully, he hinted)
Couple profile -> Couples and fems.
Not that I'm trying to bias it wink

the odd thing is foxy there is no "part of a couple but playing alone" account option bolt
Good point. To appear in the right searches you need a single account too. Just putting "I also play alone" on a couple's account won't do.

If that's an option that others require in the future, why not post it here :

The account can be a single or a couple.
The status within any account can be single, with somebody, married etc.
So it's possible for a single female account to be classed as married and it's no lie

OK, now I'm completely confused.

OK, now I'm completely confused.

There are two parts to this:
1) Marital/partnership status
If you are partnered, you should indicate this on your profile under "What's your status?". I appreciate not everyone is as honest as they should be but that is a different topic.
2) Account type
This controls whether you alone have access to the site (as an individual or "single" female/male) or if you have joint access with your partner on the same account (if you are partnered).
So if a couple wanted to have a joint account and an individual account each, they could have:
- one that is account type of joint, status of married
- an individual (or single) male account, status of married
- an individual (or single) female account, status of married
I think the term "single" when used interchangeably for both of the above is the bit that can cause confusion. Hope this helps.
Ahhh, got it. So we have Individual accounts - one person has the login rights and Joint accounts - where 2 people have access rights. In each account the holders may describe themselves as married or single.
<<clarity dawns>>

I wouldnt worry about what account you have on here - there are loads of single blokes pretending to be couples , and bi guys pretending to be straight lol
Hey Foxy
I agree with the above - everyone seems to ignore what you put on your profile and try their luck anyway, which, let's be honest, sometimes pays off!
Three decent accounts = £60 a month, call me stingy but think of the shoes you could buy instead!!!!

That isn't what I said. Whether you have an male, female or couple account, you should still put the correct marital/relationship status on your profile. Unfortunately we aren't able to check the accuracy of how people describe themselves.

I was unclear in what I put - I was getting clear on the difference between what we might call 'playing status' which can vary and 'marital status' which, as you rightly say, shouldn't vary. passionkiss
On the aussie site.... smile Yes
there is an aussie site to this one :)
You can have a couples account, and whats called a SOLO female/male account - even if your a couple you can have a solo account.
A solo account, is just that, you play alone,or not, some couples just prefer to have that one account... EVEN if married or in a relationship and so on....
So in answer, I would think the same applied here, As long as you state, on the profile, ie are you married or have some one. Then its not deceiving.
