Similar things have been around for sometime toots, I have been using this one on my mobile for over three years.

I haven`t read everything on the two links but it seems that the one Toots posted is just for ipads and iphones ......therefore it must be better than one that works with any phone lol
That's why iToots has posted about it, she thought it was new and clever whereas it's the innovative Apple company catching up with where the rest of the world has been for 3 years or so!! :lol:
I've got an idea. Why don't we invent small value transaction tokens? They can be small enough to keep some in your pocket at all times, hard-wearing enough to be used over and over again, decorated with individual patterns to show their different values, and although having little intrinsic value could represent a transfer of monetary value from one individual to another. A range of values could be produced to allow an almost infinite set of combinations to cover all likely transaction requirements up to the value of, say, a latte and croissant. You could buy them at any bank or the Post Office and then sell them back at zero commission.
We could call them 'coins'.

Every couple of months we could randomly change the size and colour .....
Oooo fun for the whole family - especially if they are blind. biggrin
