Profile pic

I decided to change my profile pic and deleted the old one, but now i cant seem to work out how to add the new one, can someone give me an idiots guiide on how to do it please?

As a rough guide photos authorised by Moderators as 'Adult' won't make as it a profile pic, pics not classed as 'Adult' will.

Non adult photos: Tits/bums etc

Adult photos:   Vadge/winky/testicles/jiz or acts of a sexual nature
