Now whilst this is 2008 crime especially teenage crime has risen even since these figures.
There are plenty out there and as someone has already stated....Google can find anything you want, in whatever capacity you want.
If anyone really believes that teenage crime is the same today as 20 years ago, then they are deluded beyond measure.
They must only watch the Simpsons on the telly.

he figures published today show that much of the overall 17% reduction in teenage violent knife crime victims is concentrated in some of the biggest cities, including London and Birmingham. But in three out of the 10 police forces involved – Greater Manchester, Nottinghamshire and Thames Valley – violent knife crime went up during the campaign.
