Having been reminded of Queer as Folk in another thread, my question is this: which old TV programmes would you like to see back on your screen? And, as a supplementary question, would you want the old show re-run or would you like an as-they-are-now type of re-launch?
Am thinking...
Dallas here, flat mates and I use to have wine and pull the programme to pieces over clothes and such like
Haha!! I've just been doing some research for the show for next week and there are some cracking clips on you tube from 80's shows! I'd like to see the Flumps again but I recorded Trumpton one Sunday and it was a total disappointment! I fear I may sully my memory of the Flumps if I watch it again now.
I was in the Dynasty camp though... never Dallas!
They have been showing old episodes of Dallas quite regularly on one channel. It was on the other night. Can't remember which channel though, sorry.
The other day I was reminded of how much I used to like The Fall Guy and also Vegas, neither of which I had come across. But apparently, they have both been shown and I have missed them :-(
Thunderbirds
5.....4.....3.....2.....1
or Stingray
"Anything can happen in the next half hour!"
Back in the day I loved the original Lost In Space series so I was going to nominate that, but having just watched I think I must have been deranged!! loon

I think those psychedelic spots may have something to do with derangement :loon:

Oh. The Flumps. Love. :inlove:
How about the Clangers..... now they were brilliant!!!!
And Farscape. As a Sci Fi show the plot got a bit cack, but the costunes were excellent
Sledgehammer! I loved that show. Pity the second series went down hill somewhat.
Also, I'd love Firefly and Dollhouse to return, but hell'll freeze over before Fox acquiesce to that rolleyes
I would have said Bottom as well. Ade and Rik had planned on it at one point, but both later admitted that it would be rather sad to even try sad I agree, so it'd have to be the re-runs then ^_^
Xfiles and transformers for me
X Files - I liked that at first, but it went too daft.
I've been watching Stargate SG1 on Sky 1 in the afternoons, while I've been off work. It's always on, I know, but it's something I haven't taken any notice of for about 10 years. I'm quite enjoying it.

I was a massive fan of the X-files until Season two. After that, even the charms of Gillian Anderson :rascal: couldn't keep me watching lol
Somewhere in the dark and nasty regions, where nobody goes, stands an ancient castle. Deep within this dank and uninviting place lives Cubes, overworked servant of The Thing upstairs.....
