I'm not listening to this right now, but I heard it on the radio tonight so it's stuck in my head now....

It's not the original version, but in my mind it's better. ;)

I saw " The Blue Nile" live in Dublin's Olympia Theatre a few years ago and the next day " David Bowie"

Anything by the " Cocteau Twins "

That's not the kind of music you mean is it?
Ok, on iTunes via my desktop and while typing this my ears are being caressed by a track on the Enigma Album ' Love Sensuality Devotion The Remix Collection' and the track 'Principles of Lust (Everlasting Lust Mix)

I'm a teeny bit obsessed with at the moment. I've never heard such incredible acapella music. My favourite is their cover of Gotye.
Other than that, I've been listening to Missy Higgins' old albums a lot lately - I love so many of her songs, but my favourite is Warm Whispers. It's such a beautiful song!!
:-D

On the plus side, it's nice to see St3v3 making an appearance about 30 seconds into the video.
bolt
Here's one for you
...And Justice For All - Metallica
For when I'm in a happy mood - Biffy Clyro - Machines taken from their glorious album Puzzle

For when I'm in a sad mood - Herb Alpert - Tijuana Taxi!! Don't ask me why (or how) but it works!! lol
I currently have the Game of Throines Season 1 soundtrack in the car. It goes on at 'loud' and sends chills up my spine every time.
The new Bob Mould album - It's like Husker Du all over again!
I'm listening to the new Deadmau5 album... It's the sort of music that seems to fit being on my laptop at night.
But I'm sure Gangnam style will pop into my head later on...
Right now mostly Simon Posford's stuff: Shpongle, Infinity Project, Younger Brother, all served up with a sprinkling of Radiohead. Works for me.
for an album im likeing this at the moment
Just sat with the NAS playing all the 4 and 5 star selected tracks on random play.............so that'll be 36hrs of anything from Rock through to Peruvian Folk with everything bar opera in between
lol

Excellent choice
Album Title Goes here? How have I missed that he's got another album out? Thought 4x4=12 was a big improvement over For Lack of a Better Name but he doesn't try hard enough for me. Too content to let the same pattern just repeat and repeat with no attempt to build on it, or break it down, or get all clever with the production so a simple pattern suddenly has layer on layer of added complexity in the way sounds are shaped or made percussive with detailed little self-contained rhythms of their own. Downloading as we speak, will pass verdict on it in a bit.
Last night's programmes on BBC4 have got me playing my old tracks by The Moody Blues and ELO. Still good.
Today it's:
Tracy Chapman: I Used To Be a Sailor
