There are two others on the south coast. Eagles Peak and La Macarena. Also in Almeria Casa del Moro.

Visited Eagle Peak - not a nice place; small, cramped, poor facilities.

Not Casa de Libertad, the owners aren't swingers. It's a great B&B naturist villa though, about a 10 minute walk up the hill outside Xalon.
