Come on you two, give the lad a break. My spelling, or should I say my typing, is very bad as well, but who cares!!! At the end of the day, his spelling/typing does not make him any better or worse when it comes down to a bit of naughty fun, unless you are asking him to write an essay on what he has done!!
Iluvminis, I bet he knows how to use his indicators when someone is following him lol

Antwest and NN, could not agree more with you. Maybe we should all learn to be a bit more tollerant of each other, and of each others spelling/typing skills etc. No-one is perfect and just because BenManchester made a spelling/typing error or two, does not mean we have the right to criticise him. I make thousands of typos, but it does not mean I am any worse or better than anyone else.
At the end of the day, its a bloody swinging site, not a 'back to school' site!!!!!! I actually thought we was here to have fun :shock:

Why is it always the poor spelling or grammar of new members (often ex-members because they retaliate) that gets picked up? There is a big difference between having a joke with friends and being picky with strangers. He retaliated badly, but the strength of his retaliation showed that he did not find the comments made about him very funny. To him, it wasn't funny.
There are many people that post on these forums with spelling and/or grammar far worse than that but they never get attacked. Why? Because they are established long-term members. Comments might occasionally be made at their typos in a jocular fashion but only by their friends, never by people that aren't in their circle.
It's the LMU forum FFS. Maybe people need to get out more if the highlight of the week is slagging off someone's spelling. We've just got in from a club, had a very nice time with lots of fun, and suprisingly noone tested us on our spelling. There are probably forums that deal with grammar and spelling, but this is supposed to be a swingers forum. mad

I couldn't have said it better ! Even though my grammar and spelling are usually OK, I received similar when I joined and it does seem tactless to pick on newcomers in this way. It's almost as though it's an unspoken initiation test, despite its' irrelevance !!
