I've provisionally booked us in for the 18th & 19th of February and the owners are having a think about what kind of discount they can offer us. I'll post the details as soon as I get them but we might have to wait until Monday.
The 18th & 19th seemed like the best option because if I'd picked the 4th & 5th I'd be looking for the money too soon after Christmas (and Chardonnay's Essex munch is the weekend before) and I thought the 11th & 12th would be too close to Valentine's Day.

Sorry Steve but that weekend is the only one we cannot manage. sad

Our sons 4th birthday is the 19th.

Hi Robin & Jane,
Because of the limited spaces (and the involvement of money) I'm sure you can understand that I need to be cautious about inviting along somebody so new to the site. Do you know anyone on the site that can vouch for you?

Ok........the weekend is going to be the 18th & 19th February (sorry Roger & Charlotte) and the cost is going to be Â£110 per room for the two nights. Maximum number of people per room is two.
The simple maths is that if you're two people sharing a room then it works out at per person per night and that includes bed, breakfast, the evening buffet and the entertainment and if you take a room to yourself then the cost is going to double to Â£55 per night (but that's still Â£15 per night cheaper than advertised on their website).
A deposit of Â£30 per room will be required but I'd like to settle the list before I start collecting the money. We've now got 23 people/couples chasing after 22 rooms so if any of the singles wanna pair up or anyone wants to drop out then please let me know.

I'll probably start collecting the deposits around the end of November beginning of December and it will be Â£30 per room. Hopefully by then we'll have settled who's coming/sharing etc.
