Will do, Alex! I've never been to Adam and Eves myself, so this will be a new experience for me! I assume you've checked out the reviews on the Clubs and Parties page? There are several decent clubs in the Manchester area, you really should check them all out

Yes I've checked out some of the reviews. With it being our first time at one I think we just want to sure it'll be non-threatening if you understand what I mean. At first we just want to attend and be with each other but in public - take it steadily - not jump too far that there is no turning back.

There's no problem with doing that Alex, most people who go clubbing take it very easily at first, many clubbers never interact physically with others - they just go to watch or to be watched. The vast majority of guys at clubs are respectful and will not touch unless asked to do so. In the main, clubs are very friendly places - go on, give one a go!

Having sampled a few clubs with various partners both here and abroad, i feel that UK clubs are getting their act together in terms of quality venues etc however i do agree with blue that most first timers either watch or be watched with very little interaction. This was certainly true of my first time 
but hey it did'nt deter us in fact my swinging partner encouraged me to return and boy did we learn to enjoy!!!!! I was only jesting with you Alex about taking you, i know your sceptical but also excited at the prospect!!!!!!!

Yes, it's the one in Eccles. Tongue - yes I know of the reputation, I'm just going to check it out for myself. I normally go to Partners or Liaisons, but a change is as good as a rest, as they say 8) . If it's too naff, I'll just go to Partners, it's only 15 mins down the road - sometimes do two clubs in a night anyway - I'm such a party-animal and I get bored quickly

:shock: How fast you drive blue... 15 mins? at least 30 maybe 45 and hey yes I have visited A & Es... though it was 5 years ago.....That part of Eccles aint the best... my forebears from there.... althought there is parking opposite ar at least there was... I would not really risk it esp with a good car... ( one that drives Eccles to Bury in 15 mins....)

Gman - the NW munch was held near Adam and Eves, and I went to Partners after that, it took probably about 20 mins at the most, I could probably cycle witha flat tyre in 45 mins - it's the pro-plus you see, they make me pedal really fast :wink: :wink: :wink:

Blue this was somewhat tongue in cheek, Guy in Germany was today sentenced to 8.5 years in prison for eating another guy...

im a single guy, i went with a couple i met, dont be put off by the outside and the car park across the road, when i went in i though it was ok, there again though it was my first time at a swingers club. would love to go again to be honest, thing is im shy really. would nt have the guts to go in on my own...lol
seriously though it is worth going, the staff are very friendly, they made me feel very welcome.

I do know the car park across the road from Adam and Eves and I do know the are looks dodgy, but things like that have never put me off before. If the club's OK, that's all I'm looking for really. If you do go tomorrow shout BLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO in a very loud voice and I'll say hello. Actually, I won't say anything, I'll just laugh at the person making a prat of themselves :wink: :wink:

Staff were very friendly, but I think the regular customers were a bit put out that the munch descended on them en-masse. Kit and I went wandering off on our own, and felt very much like intruders.
I dare say our experience was a one off, partly due to the situation, and partly due to our expectations. I would be really interested to hear your thoughts, as a dog eared club vereran. :twisted:
