I voted for 16th Octiober 'cos it's the start of the school half-term and may well be easier to get a babysitter organised. However, as long as Alex_Female can give us a lift again we'll come, regardless of the date.

BAD NEWS......
I'm afraid the Motel is not available for us to use and so the Mini Munch will have to be called off......
I live in London and don't know the area well enough to organise another Motel and there is no point doing it in London when almost everybody comes from Midlands or higher.....
So I'm sorry but it will have to be called off.
Perhaps someone else who lives in the area will be willing to organise another one at a different place.....
