Any good clubs/saunas in S.Yorks/Derbys?

Hi guys,
Does anyone know of any good Swinging/Naturist Sauna's or Clubs around Notts areas?
Recently been to Rio's in London which was disappointing, but would love to try it again somewhere else - really enjoyed the being naked part infront of other people,just wish I had met someone there to share it with ;-)
Also what is the etiquette when you go to these places for a single guy? How do you approach someone or do they approach you etc? I am quite a shy guy and don't like to offend so any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks I have looked at the list, but was really wondering if there are any lesser known saunas etc? Is Le Chambre open in the day and is it ok for single men to go? Do single females attend or is it just couples? So many questions....lol
