I spend a couple of days a week in the Basingstoke area - its not a million miles away - so maybe meet for a beer half way?

Drinks in Ringwood sound great.
Plus I can walk or totter home!! Hopefully I know my way now blindfold - oops sorry that was last week, she should have taken it off before she kicked me out the door!!

Depending on what day/evening it is going to be, Jon and I would be interested in tagging along. We're not too far from Ringwood.

Dave, Misschief is right, I don't get there until Thursday but nothing stopping you guys from starting early, lol
As for me sorting a venue and time etc..... Errr, best not.
It would be a lot easier if you local people sussed out a place you all know that would be easier for you all to get to and then just tell me where and when.
If it's daytime and outside (or a pet friendly pub) and nobody objects, Geordie will be tagging along for a beer and a bit of singing practice, but if it's an evening meet, I'll leave her at base camp.

Jon says there is a thatched pub just off the main road into Ringwood, which may be suitable for those out of the area, but he's darned if he can remember the name of it :doh:
Unless anyone else knows, we could always drive out and see what it's called, unless someone else knows another more suitable venue?

Either of those days is fine for me as long as you mean over a week from now and not this Tuesday/ Wednesday coming.
Jon's got a 4am start tomorrow so he's in bed asleep now, but I think he means the road as you come off the M27 from the direction of Southampton into Ringwood, but I'll check with him in the morning and let you know. Sorry it's so vague, but you know what us women are like with directions

Maybe you could suggest an alternative? I think I kinda fluffed up by describing the other pub on the thread anyway
Probably be full of old bill next week now, all looking out for a bunch of pervs drinking warm beer, and taking it in turns to chat to a parrot :shock: :lol2:
