hi, just wondering if anyone is from around the Cardiff area? Am kinda new to all this!

Are you able to accomodate ? There are lots of swingers for whom traveling is the norm, so I am sure that won't be a problem for you ;)

There is a healthy and lively swinging scene in South Wales, take a little time to get to know who's who, and what's what. Join in the chat, it's usually pretty friendly.
If you find it difficult to travel, can you accomodate? I'm sure ways can be found to sort that one out one way or another.
