Are there any single female ads that are real?

Hi All,
Been around for a bit now and had a good laugh with some cool people already! This will continue and i'm really happy about that, but i must admit i am getting very sceptical about the single female ads.
For example searching in my area chucks up a few who are banned. I suppose that could be because they are putting contact details in ads and thats fair enough.... but having chatted to some couples i've been told that many are often not genuine and just pic collectors etc.
I'm looking to meet both couples and single females but am starting to give up on the single females now. What do you reckon? Do the genuine ones usually not bother with ads? Maybe they don't need to? confused

I know there are some genuine single females because they can be seen posting here in the forum... just wondered about the ads thats all wink

I agree. Some women on here are wind up merchants. I guess there a guys the same as well but, the women do seem to be at it more. You tend to lose heart after a while dont you ?

yer you do a bit... maybe there are ways of spotting fakes. Any ideas? Pics always seem to look pretty real tho..?

When I first joined this site it was as a single fem and to be honest I got loads of crappy 1 liners from guys like
"Hi you up for it?"
"Like your arse. MSN me"
"Wanna fuck?"
Now 1 or 2 is not a problem, but when it gets to 50 or 60 you begin to get a little cheesed off.
Now I know there are lot's of decent, genuine guys on this site, but all it takes is the 1% who search for single fems and send one of the above copy & paste spams to every single one of them to cause this in flux of messages.
That was the reason I chose not to put an ad up.
Add to that there was a safety aspect. I think you have to be far more cautious as a single fem going to meet a couple or bloke on your own than you would if you were a couple - hence why it may seem that the fems don't jump straight in.
At the end of the day if the guy can't be bothered to hang in there and be patient the fem has the luxury of backing out and saying no thanks as she's probably got another 10 decent pm's waiting in her in box.

When you say 80% is that 80% of fems for definite?
Again from a female perspective, it's much easier to find what you're looking for than it is for a male.
If I wanted naked pics of a bloke, I'm pretty sure I could get that in the vanilla world without even trying that hard.
And similarly could put an ad up here asking for nothing more than pics and get them sent to me by the truck load. I can't see the point of a woman pretending she wants a meet just to get pics, there's no need or point.
For me there are 2 other scenarios where you may view females as a pic collector.
1. They're being a bit over cautious
in mind that there are guys posing as girlies to get pics of you, it could be argued that some if not all of those are actually male.
Again I'm not meaning to preach, just answer some of your questions and give you a fem's point of view.

Well said HLB - I couldn't agree more. Like you, I was initially on the site as a single female but didn't really bother with ads as I usually got cock pics - even though I made it clear that I didnt want those shots, or like you one liners saying that I could have the best night of my life if I met them!!
Anyway - after being stood up by 2 or 3 people from ad replies, I decided not to bother with one on one meets and went to socials instead biggrin

I hate to burst your bubble if you think that women are after your pictures and leading you on, but you'll probably find that most of them are men who are placing the fake ads!

I don't know where people get their stats from '80%' not being real and all that.... confused

My theory on this is: I think the females that *do* put ads on know what they are looking for - and if YOU are NOT it, but reply anyway, you probably won't get a look in and then go away with the feeling that it was the AD that wasn't genuine. dunno

The other thing is that it's got to be 'convenient' to meet. Several guys have replied to an ad I put on and want to meet NOW or probably deem you a 'timewaster'. I might be a bit odd, but I do like to have a bit of a rapport with someone before I decide to meet up. Do they really think you spend your life in stockings and sussies waiting to swing???!!! I do regular stuff most of the time!!! rolleyes

I've sporadically had an ad on here at times over the past year, and to be honest, I'm still looking for what I was orignally looking for!!!! redface

I have never had an ad as a single female on THIS site, but I did have on one a silimlar type of site about 7 years ago.
I would have been your typical "timewaster" if afraid. redface

Never intentional but most of the replys (with pics) I recieved, I just wasn't attracted to.
There were several I was very interested in meeting, but always bottled out of actually aranging a meet because of the safety aspect. Basically, the idea was great in theory, but when I thought about it I decieded that as a 20 year old (at the time) female, who lived alone (at the time) it wouldn't really be a great idea to meet men off the internet when no-one else knew about it. I then thought if I told my best friend what I was doing it would be safer.........she talked me out of it completely.
I never intentionally led anyone on, and I certainly didn't arrange any meets only to no-show. It was purely and simply, when it came to the crunch, as a young, single fem, I couldn't risk my safety - so pulled my ad.

Let's say I place an ad in my local paper in the wanted section for a specific make and model of car.
Someone rings up - offering a completely different make and model but assumes I'm still going to want it as I'm in need of a new car.
Who's wasting who's time?

I've only signed up recently but I get so many messages it takes time to read through them all to find the ones from the people you might actually be interested in meeting with. So many single men send one-liners or expect you jump in your car there and then and meet them! As a single woman I'm not going to risk my safety and there's a lot more to think about and plan compared to when I played as one half of a couple.

top feed back, i'm well cuffed with all these views. Safety is an issue for sure and understandable as is finding someone attractive. The message here then is to basically recognise the statistics and get on with it! Be aware there may be some pic collectors etc...

I've probably answered 10-12 adverts over the last year or so I've been a member, and I've met with 3 women, and I'm organising to meet with another one when I get back from Iraq, hopefully.
If you're honest in your profile, and answer people's adverts with a pre thought out friendly, open reply, you're much more likely to meet people. I've had a good time on here to be honest.

i agree with all the ladies here. i posted an ad last year and had 600 replies within a fortnight, 99% of which were not what i was looking for. i subsequently has several narky messages from men accusing me of allsorts. if i say you have to be tall (i'm 5'8) or dark or over 30, why bother replying if you're short, blond and 22?
i don't care if you've got the best personality in the world, i'm on this site for sex, and i have to be attracted to you. if you can't pull in the outside world don't think you can pull me, i'm not a free shag.

Bernie I was going to say something similiar - when I put an ad up got timewasters by the bucket so males on here are you really genuine lol. I took my ad down and didnt bother.

Interesting.....
I have an ad here as a couple and am indeed part of a couple but play as a single bi women. The problem is it's not that often as most of the single bi women or couples do indeed turn out to be men , and dissappear when asked for f to f chat early on. However, for some sad reason i still persevere with sites like these......the jist of the story id its not only single guys who get pissed off with the bullxxxxx!
