I'm going to be at the University of Bath next week (24-31 July).
Not really knowing the area, please can anyone recommend any good clubs, good dogging places, etc. in the area?

Bath / Bristol info requested
We've only been in Bristol for a while but it doesn't seem to be as lively as other places we've lived in.
I heard of The Church/Clink which has now "shut", they have a website, but don't run their parties anymore.
The office gets mentioned a few times but don't know many who actually go.
Tog Hill seems to be the dogging spot, but again, not quite the same as the spots that Jo and Blue organise up their way, and I only seem to hear from people who want to know if/when I'll be going, as opposed to other girls/couples who go there already.
There is that Bristol gang Bang lot, but they seem to be a set group of guys who turn up to visit girls who request them, as opposed to couples who swing, so not the same thing, and probabaly hard for a guy or couple to get involved with.
And of course I hear from people who WANT to get involved and organise things, but seldom from anyone who actually is. Which is OK for setting up private meetings, but doesn't solve the issue for people wanting to go to a swinging party or hook up with some other people in an established group.
So quite how a single guy, genuine, and from this forum, gets involved on the scene when he's just visiting the town, I have no idea!

True, the scene in Bristol seems a bit thin compared to all that seems to be happening up north. Still, I've been to The Office a few times and had some good experiences there, although sometimes it is a bit quiet. Sometimes quiet is better tho, if you meet the right people.

I am one of the "bristol ganbang lot" and any new guy that wants to come along, we are all friendly easy going guys and not really a set group, there are always one or two new people each time we have a party. It is true that, as a gangbang group, it is not the same as true swinging, but there is talk of having a party with 2 or 3 couples as well as the guys. If a couple wants to take part in a party, just contact Rob at the group. All no fees events, btw.
All that said, yes I agree that Bristol is a bit quiet, and I sometimes pop up to Birmingham where there is more going in the club scene.
