well ty all, what a weekend, moved here and there, no hot water; BUT the night went really well. im sorry to the devons as they never won on raffle again (gos red) but i'll try harder next time for you. i was so pleased there was new and old faces. thats what these socials are all about. i would like everyone from the hotel in question all to send a letter of complaint (and keep all proof of travel expenses for friday). together with saturdays complaints even though we were enburst to headquarters as i will do. maybe we can get a free night from said company.
to all that took photo's can you pls ask permission, to display them elsewhere first, this was a private social and would like to keep it so. thank you

Well what can i say... friday night was Superb... wsa great meeting everyone and having a drink and waking up a small pub probably not use to us lot decending on them.
i have had a great weekend.. and really enjoyed getting to know a lot of new people, and chatting to people ive known for years, but not had chance to sit and get to know properly. it was brill
Jen & Mand.. you both did great... and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take the blame for the events of the Hotel.. .end of the day the loss of hot water was something that no Organiser could fore see, so do not feel bad for it... everyone suvived and got on with having a great time.

oh and while we are on the note of Photos on Facebook.. i have been told i in the background of one of them.... i would please request that the person that posted them, please either crop the photo so i am not in view, or remove the photo.
even though its not a breach of site rules to take photos. but it is good etiquette to ask people before you post photos on either the public forum here or a external site
Thanks to everyone, but specially Mandy & Jen for making this a fantastic weekend. I had an absolute ball. It was great to meet so many peeps. I never stopped laughing all weekend, even when I bashed my head off the table, twice!
