To make things easier I am looking into the Hire of a 16 Seater Minibus that will start from Liverpool City Centre via Manchester City Centre to Doncaster – Party Time.
This would be convenient for members especially whom do not wish to drive or get Public Transport to the venue.
If you do not wish to take this option, you are still welcome to attend.
It’s just there to make life easier. Less Hassle more relaxation.
I would like to thank Vivienne_TG for allowing this event to take place at her Home & we both look forward to meeting you all.

I've realized that I wanted to create an Event instead of a Group, as we are having a Party.
:shock:
All this Group & Event thing is great but being new it's going to take time to get use to it's functions.
Bit like when Facebook changed it's look in mid - 2008 & all the time it's taken to get use to it.
All members of the Group will be invited to the Event once it get's the approval from the powers that be.

When I sent out invites I was under the impression like any other event that it's up to the person to accept the invite or not.
It seems that once you clicked yes you where in the Event List. Yet am sure they must or has to be a button to delete yourself from that list, perhaps?
With new format's of I.T, things can get mixed up.

I received an email invitation to an event that I have NEVER expressed ANY interest in whatsoever. I have not replied to your thread here, I have not PMed you for an invite and I do not even know how to use the new events part of the site. Hence I was suprised when an invite to your event popped up in my email. Yes I clicked on the link cos it was from SH. I then clicked on what I thought was a response to indicate no I do not wish to attend. Then somehow I was added to your list. I posted here to make it clear that I did not request an invite. Of course it is my choice. But it was not my choice to receive that invite in the first place. You chose to send that with no request from myself. I don't know why you sent me an invite, and I am telling you loud and clear that I will not be attending.
I hope that is clear and please do not send me any more invites to any of your events in the future. Thank you.
