Im holding a Social on the 14th June 2008 In Hartlepool.
In a private function room with its own bar and disco. details will be send a few days before the event
There will be a entrance fee of a head (to cover room costs and disco, to be paid on the night) and any extra going to charity (N.S.P.C.C)
Doors open at last orders smart/casual dress code

Once the list is full a reserve list will be opened, If you are a new member you will need some one to verify yourself(s)
Usual Social Rules apply as this is a vanilla environment even though the room itself is private
a list of nearby hotels will be available upon request
Details will be sent out a few days prior to the event
