Note: This social already advertised at another location. Therefore there are already 18 names on the list. All 18 are known and verified. Opening up the event to members of this site to ensure we have enough attendees for the event to go ahead and also because we have had numerous requests for information. Rules for both adverts are the same, see below.
Open to all active site members who use the forum/chat room regularly. Newbie’s welcome to put names down and get posting/chatting before the confirmation date (see bottom). Newbie’s who have a known member who can vouch for them also welcome. If you are an active regular user by confirmation date you will be allowed to attend.
To be held in a pub close to central Bristol on the night of 19/8/06 at We will have use of a private function room which cannot be seen from the public areas but must use the bar in the main pub for drinks. Toilets are also shared with the main bar but are directly outside of the function room so you do not have to cross the public area. Please use your common sense to dress appropriately for the venue. Sorry no badges for this event due to the public bar. We have no plans to provide a buffet at the moment although this may change. We can play music but will not need a massive system, any volunteers to provide sound system/music (Music sorted 2/7/06)
Although this is classed as social we intend to make this as much of a mini Munch atmosphere as possible.
