A mile and a bit I would say, up hill so hope your fit if your walking smile

Too short a distance to recomend a taxi you could get a Bus up to the top of park street though if you realy dont like hills.

It has come to my attention that the list of munchers has been passed to members that are not attending on Saturday.
The list is not on public display for privacy andsecurityreasons, yet a member or members I have trusted with the list have passed this information on to frankly people who have no business seeing it.
To say I am pissed off and disappointed is an understatement.
I have an idea who has passed on this list and I would appreciate a pm explaining their actions at the earliest opportunity.
I would like to point out that there is no risk to the members who are attending as I have a door team who will not admit anyone who is not on the list. To the best of my knowledge the venue details have not been disclosed.

If anyones interested, although parking IS a nightmare inthe area (*him* lived across road from the venue untill 3 weeks ago) Bristol have launced a new scheme today where you drive to your venue, get plastered, call a number and a little man comes on a foldaway scooter, puts it in your boot and drives you home for pretty much the same cost as a taxi. Just means your only paying one way instead of two. It's a similar service to the one thats run in London for years. Might be useful for some people?

minx im sorry that has happened, i havent seen any list of members attending.
ive been so caught up and wound up with some changes on the site i havent looked in here for a few days, will go and look up the drinks thread now.
by the way , i am driving up from cornwall, if anyone wants a lift give me a shout asap

A miles not far, normally I would walk, but I'm guesing a few of us will share a taxi :D

I'm sorry this has happened to you, after all your hard work..........I hope who ever passed on the list for what ever reason, is feeling stupid........why do such a thing??

Am toying with the idea of pulling clothes on and getting outta bed so as we can start the drive... trouble is, I am so used to having to drive for 3 hours, minimum, to get to a munch, that this drive seems trivial.
I will see you all soon. Soon as I stop procrastinating, that is.
