With it being so near Christmas - if peeps wanna save some money, we're happy to accommodate people we've at least chatted to. We can manage 5 in beds but then probably another 4 on airbeds so 9 people in total (it's a fairly big house)
We're a couple of miles away from the city centre, on the junction of the M4/M5 and right near one of the major train stations in Bristol so we're accessible.
If it'll make it cheaper for people to come then we're happy to do it.

Also I believe Derek_Kelp is organizing some mass accommodation booking but its not withing walking distance of the venue. DO NOT POST ACCOMMODATION VENUES IN THE THREAD PLEASE.
As for us we will be staying at home, accept for the actual event when we will come out :taz:

Hi all
Time for those who attended the Bristol munch to book a place has past and so has the time for the first set of reserves who were asked if they wanted to join the main list.
All places have now been offered and I will send a PM via the events section asking if everyone still wishs to be on the list at the current time.
Due to a error with that happened with the events section to several members one Bristol munch attendee did not get an invite. This has now been corrected and they make up part of the 45. The list is now full. I must go and see the venue soon, it was booked by phone and I have not seen it for about 4 years so I need to refresh my memory on the size of the place. For now I wont be replacing anyone who leaves the main list until the numbers drop under 40. This may change once I have looked at the venue again.
Will update the main list on this thread later today or tomorrow.

hi tweekys i am really sorry but have decided to pull out - its my birthday weekend and can only get a babysitter til , so going somewhere a bit more local and am also thinking a social prob isnt best place to celebrate my birthday :whistle

Ahh well that is a relief. When you add someone as a reserve it tells them the event is full even though thats not always the reason

I'm gonna do a pre munch lunch thing in town again, it is likely to be in the same place as last time for Please can people pm me if you are interested? Ta.
Also because of people dropping out there are spare rooms in the hotel, so if you need accomadation the let me know, too.
