Below is the latest guest list for the event. Confirmations have been slow still lots unconfirmed. Also had quite a few drop outs. I have been told there are people on the list who wont be coming though I always wait to hear from the people themselves. Also there are members on the list who are on the lists for another event on the same day lol

We have given until the 20th for confirmations however earlier is better. Good members of Swingingheaven ASSES IN GEAR PLEASE! Theres a long list of reserves who probably need to sort hotels sitters shifts etc etc please do give them a fair chance smile

Have also sent a PM via the events section to all the reserves asking to confirm if you still wish to attend. Priority will go to those that have replied to that PM and due to drop outs I intend to start adding to the main list this weekend.

Latest update. All reserves who did not reply to PM's now removed from reserve list. All non confirmed members removed from list. Plenty of spaces left 17 to be exact so anyone new feel free to get names down. Latest list below biggrin

Hey ho, as luck would have it it looks like I've got the 4th free so any chance of being added to the list? I went to the last munch in Hotwells if it helps and I'm very local :-)
Else stick me on the reserve cheers. As usual found out about this too late, must remember to check the forums more regularly!

Hi guys and gals wave

As per usual I'm gonna organise a pre munch drinks/lunch thingy. It was a great success last time and an good opportunity to meet up in the light of day and chill.
It's going to be from 2pm in the town centre at a bar/restaurant place. PM me if you would like to attend (before Friday morning please) and I'll book the table. I'll reply with the venue details etc.
We had booked the hotel for Friday and Saturday but not so sure about the Friday now. Is anyone else thinking of doing it?
