When I send the final pm giving venue details etc a mobile number for contact that afternoon only will be enclosed. Im happy to meet anyone outside if you give me a call, bring you in and introduce you.
I will not be hand holding on the evening but will ensure sure you meet everyone in the afternoon so you know faces on the evening. :) :)
All are a friendly bunch so you'll soon make some friends... cool

The social on the evening is full up I believe. YOu are very welcome to attend the afternoon pre drinks though. Its just a chance to meet people, have a natter over a drink or something to eat in a local pub...
So no its not too late.
I shall be sending pms with details out tomorrow, probably the evening. Will you be around then?
