Can anyone help please. I have broke my arm

HI all thanks for reading,
Unfortunately 4 weeks ago i broke my (right)arm and as you can imagine i am feeling a trifle frustrated. So if anyone lives in the west midlands and would like to help me get some relief and of course the favour will be returned please get in touch.
I am a mid 20's male, tall(ish), med build (i think) and not too bad looking seeking females of any age, size or description.

heres a tip i picked up in borneo wink

make or buy yourself some warm bread,make a wee well inthe middle of said loaf,wrap it round your old fella and pump away,afterwards add butter and you have meal aswell,loads of protein :wink:
