Hi, we would appreciate anyone who can advise us which is the best club to visit in the Manchester area. We are new to this, want to experiment but are also a little nervous about the first time.
Wife thinks that by visiting a club we will have to take part whether we want to or not, therefore can some of you more experienced people tell us what its really like the first time, what you need to wear and obviously where is best to start?
Appreciate any comments that may help us choose the right club to start with.
Thanks

The clubs review pages on here are a very good starting point for independant feedback:-

Make sure you pick a club that caters for your 'taste' - check out their web-site and see if it has the facilities/nights you're looking for...
Most clubs on your 1st visit will give you a guided tour, advise you of the club rules etc.
There is no need to play - if you're asked and you're not keen, a polite "no thanks" is usually sufficient. If they persist look for a member of staff and report it.
Always take your own supply of condoms - never rely on anyone elses....
Don't over-do the 'dutch courage' before going....
Happy clubbing wherever you end up lol
You never have to do anything that you dont want to and club rules in any club are 'no means no'
Some clubs are a bit more full on than others and can feel a little unfriendly if you are new and a little shy.
My suggestion would be the Townhouse in Birkenhead. Everyone there are very friendly and the single guys are very respectful (not so much so in some other clubs). The owner gives you a tour and will introduce you to people in the bar area. There are also some organised introduction nights on certain Fridays (you'd have to look on the website to find out when). These are usually a little quieter and newer couples will go along and get to know each other as well as some of the regulars.
Hope this helps:
For the Northwest, Townhouse is perfect for a first time club visit. No pressure what so ever, a very friendly atmosphere and downstairs you can stay dressed if you wish. You can wonder around upstairs and have a look at what goes on but after 11 pm you would need to dress down to underwear and a towel.
