Wonder if someone would answer a question please.
Just a point, as planning our first visit to a club in the UK, do clubs here have a nightlub sort of area with music etc. to set the mood with a bit of a smooch before venturing off to other areas ?
Looked at several club profiles and all have 'bars & lounges' but doesn't say if they have what we are looking for. Fancy Chams or Liberties but would like to know whats what and go for somewhere with a bit of 'atmos' to start things off.

Hi and without being biased i think you should give Eureka a try, well I would say that wouldn't I !
We have over two hundred people here every Saturday and with a huge dance floor, state of the art light show, resident and guest DJs as well as seating for 180 I think we tick the night club box.
On top of that if you want a rest our spa facilities are available all night and if you are feeling energetic you can try out our beautiful couples room or one of the private rooms.

2 clubs that stand out for me would be Xtasia in West Brom which is an old night club, has a dance floor and plenty of play areas. it's just been taken over so has had some changes done to it, which have improved the place and theres lot more planned so I believe, you may want to check with the club nearer to your visit.
The other is in Stoke on Trent and is called Atlantis Evolution which gets rave reviews off other websites and from people I have met who go there, I've been once a while ago.
Both clubs are mixed on Friday nights and Couples only on Saturday nights and like a night club both are clothed clubs. Most UK clubs are towel clubs which while slightly differnt with eacj club means you the guy strips to a towel on entrance or pretty soon afterwards and ladies normally strip to underwear or something very similarly sexy.
Agree with Pheonixcouple, Liberty's is a great option as it has a nice disco area, which Chams doesn't really have but also has the really intense play room at the back. Sometimes the dance floor doesn't always take off, though - it depends on the crowd. But Libs is definitely the sexiest club we've been to.
There is also Xtasia which feels much more like a traditional nightclub. It depends what you are looking forward, but we don't find the play areas at Xtasia much good for couples' swinging. The beds are too small for four! ;)
That said I think Xtasia has new owners, so hopefully it will be something that changes, but on paper it's a great blend of nightclub and playing venue.
